The Heb Ken crêperie has always been an artisanal, family-run business, and has been for several generations. Every morning, we cook our vegetables for you using fresh, seasonal produce. We work almost exclusively with local producers for our flour, eggs, vegetables and charcuterie.
For our cider and apple juice, we've also been working for a long time with an artisanal family cider mill in the Bigouden region. For over 50 years now, the crêperie Heb Ken has been loyal to the quality of its ciders.
